National Bar Association’s Small Firms Solo Practitioners Division’s mission is to organize, mobilize and empower black lawyers throughout the country, so we can coordinate, consolidate, collaborate, and prosper.

Our vision for NBA Small Firms and Solo Practitioners division to serve as a national voice for minority small firm and general practice lawyers focused on creating, developing and maintaining an infrastructure that supports and advances our members not only in their legal practices but also in their personal lives. We will strive to ensure that each member of the SFSPD has access to information, networks, capital, resources, along with other benefits. This allows each practitioner to not only be more effective in running their business, but also to provide exposure to new ideas, approaches, and means for generating additional revenue for their firms.
